Patent number: 11947262Abstract: The processing of radiation patternable organometallic coatings is shown to be improved through the appropriate selection of post processing conditions between coating and development of the pattern. In particular, a coated wafer can be subjected to process delays to allow aging of the coating at various process points, in particular following irradiation. Process delays can be combined and interspersed with heating steps. The atmosphere above the coated wafer at various process steps can be adjusted to obtain desired improvements in the development of the pattern. Reactive gases can be beneficial with respect to improvement of coating properties.Type: GrantFiled: March 1, 2021Date of Patent: April 2, 2024Assignee: Inpria CorporationInventors: Alan J. Telecky, Jason K. Stowers, Douglas A. Keszler, Stephen T. Meyers, Peter de Schepper, Sonia Castellanos Ortega, Michael Greer, Kirsten Louthan

Publication number: 20210180337Abstract: A tile laying accessory includes a flange having opposed ends and opposed sides, a web that extends from the flange, intermediate the opposed sides, and at least one spacing formation arranged on at least one of the flange and the web. The flange and the web are configured so that edge portions of two adjacent tiles are positioned on the flange on respective sides of the web, with the web extending between the adjacent tiles. The web is configured to engage a levelling member having a bearing surface. The levelling member and the web provide relative displacement of the levelling member and the web, which results in the bearing surface of the levelling member bearing against the edge portions of adjacent tiles. The spacing formation is configured so that the adjacent tile edge portions bear against the spacing formation with the web being spaced from the adjacent tile edge portions.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 1, 2021Publication date: June 17, 2021Inventor: Peter Castellanos

Publication number: 20210062522Abstract: A tile laying device that has a flange on which edge portions of two or more adjacent tiles can be positioned and a web that extends from the flange, the web defining an opening. A levelling member defines a proximal surface and a distal surface, the proximal surface being configured to diverge from the distal surface so that, when the levelling member is positioned in the opening of the web and the edge portions are positioned on the flange, displacement of the levelling member relative to the tile laying device results in the distal surface bearing against the edge portions. A spacing block can be interposed between the distal surface of the levelling member and the edge portions of the two or more adjacent tiles, the spacing block and the levelling member are releasably engageable with each other.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 17, 2020Publication date: March 4, 2021Inventor: Peter Castellanos
