  • Publication number: 20240359072
Abstract: A golf bag strap support system includes a central hub having a hub body and two articulated strap connectors secured to the hub body. The system further includes two support straps, with each support strap having a first end and a second end. The system further includes two shoulder straps, with each shoulder strap having a first end and a second end. Each of the first ends of the support strap and the shoulder strap is secured to the golf bag. Each second end of the support strap is secured to the hub body (34) of the central portion. Each second end of the shoulder strap is secured to a strap connector of the two articulated strap connectors of the central hub. The two support straps and the two shoulder straps are configured with respect to the central hub in a generally X-shaped configuration.

  • Publication number: 20240237792
Abstract: A foldable bottle holder (10, 100, 106, 110) includes a foldable wall (12), a sheet (14), and a closure (16). The foldable wall (12) includes a first portion (20) and a second portion (22) that are connected by a hinge (24). A first portion (32) of the sheet (14) is secured to the foldable wall (12), and a second portion (34) of the sheet (14) cooperates with the first portion (20) of the foldable wall (12) to define an opening (36) of the bottle holder (10) so that the sheet (14) forms a bottom wall (38) of the bottle holder (10) connected to the second portion (22) of the foldable wall (12) and so that the foldable wall (12) and the sheet (14) together form side walls (39) of the bottle holder (10) and the opening (36). The closure (16) selectively retains the first portion (20) and the second portion (22) of the foldable wall (12) in a minimized condition of the foldable bottle holder (10) and in open state of the closure (16) allows for a user to carry a bottle (50) in the foldable holder (10).

  • Publication number: 20080163457
Abstract: A composite handle for a carrying case and for being collapsably self-pivoting downward to an unobtrusive and decorative position on the carrying case after being released. The carrying case has a top and is carried by a user. The composite handle includes a pair of handle components. Each handle component connects to an opposite side of the carrying case. The pair of handle components are movable between an inactive mode where the pair of handle components lay substantially flat on the top of the carrying case and an active mode where the pair of handle components are proximate, but not connected to each other to form the composite handle gripped by the user. The pair of handle components are arranged to be movable relative to each so as to allow each handle component, when released by the user, to return to the inactive mode thereof by itself, with one handle component overlapping the other handle component unobtrusively and decoratively.

  • Patent number: 7353574
Abstract: A luggage carrying strap connector has a stud with a shank that protrudes perpendicularly from the carrying strap and ends in a head that is larger than the shank. The head and a shank protrude through an aperture in a clasp secured to the end of the strap. A bight in the end of the clasp bears the luggage weight, thus enabling the clasp to take advantage of the luggage weight to increase the strength of the engagement between the stud and the clasp. Resilient members have portions that protrude into the bight to form a gap that is smaller then the corresponding width of the shank to prevent connector disengagement during normal handling but also to avoid impeding coupling and uncoupling the stud and the clasp.
