Abstract: A printed circuit board assembly includes: a base material of printed boards; a solder pad formed on a pad-forming portion of the base material of printed boards and having a lead-coupling portion, a soldermask-covered portion, and an intermediate portion interposed therebetween; a soldermask having a solder pad-covering portion formed on the soldermask-covered portion of the solder pad and a remainder portion formed on the base material of printed boards; and a solder paste having one portion formed on the lead-coupling portion of the solder pad and attached to a lead of an electronic component, and the other portion formed on the intermediate portion of the solder pad, the solder pad-covering portion of the soldermask being substantially free of solder paste thereabove.

Abstract: Methods and compositions are provided comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of formula I wherein R1-4, W, X, Y and Z are as defined in the specification, for inhibiting and treating diseases and disorders associated with pathogenic proteins causing neurodegenerative diseases and amyloid diseases, such as protease resistant prion proteins (PrPSc) and those associated with transmissible spongiform encephalopathies (TSEs), Alzheimer's Disease, amyloidosis, and the like.

Abstract: A connector includes a terminal positioning seat, a wire positioning seat with upper and lower trough portions, and a molded hood housing the wire positioning seat and supporting the terminal positioning seat. Horizontal positioning structure is provided for lockingly engaging the terminal positioning seat and the molded hood to one another. A positioning piece projects vertically from the terminal positioning seat through vertical grooves provided in the upper and lower trough portions in order to position the wire positioning seat accurately with respect to the terminal positioning seat.

Abstract: This invention relates to an improved construction of a computer switch box, and, in particular comprises a data switch box which controls the switching of input and output signals of the data in a main frame. The improved construction of the interior structural body includes a combination of a circuit board, an input terminal seat, multiple sockets, an assembly of a plurality of pins arranged in rows, and multiple output terminal seats. By separately inserting an assembly of multiple pins arranged in rows into multiple corresponding sockets, the electric current is conducted through each of the input and output points, which will have been previously determined.
