Patent number: 11725561Abstract: A sampling assembly for an exhaust gas aftertreatment system includes a body layer, an outer bowl, a first sampler, and an inner bowl. The body layer defines a cylindrical passage. The outer bowl is coupled to the body layer. The first sampler extends circumferentially along the body layer to the outer bowl. The first sampler includes a first sampler channel and a first sampler aperture. The first sampler channel is configured to provide exhaust gas into the outer bowl. The first sampler aperture is configured to receive the exhaust gas from the cylindrical passage and provide the exhaust gas into the first sampler channel. The inner bowl is disposed at least partially within the outer bowl and configured to receive the exhaust gas from the outer bowl and provide the exhaust gas into the cylindrical passage.Type: GrantFiled: May 21, 2019Date of Patent: August 15, 2023Assignee: Cummins Emission Solutions Inc.Inventors: John Ringstad, Peter Christianson

Publication number: 20150100433Abstract: Systems and related methods are disclosed that provide an electronic commerce and communication system that includes real-time product inventory information to enable a customer-driven experience for reservation of products. An electronic commerce exchange is provided that permits customers to browse, search, and reserve products for in-store pickup across multiple merchants, each potentially with multiple retail locations. The exchange includes a real-time product inventory database that maintains real-time product inventory information for the retail locations of the merchants. The product inventory database includes ingest engines that permit an interface to different inventory transfer protocols so that product inventory information can be maintained across disparate inventory systems maintained by different merchants.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 4, 2013Publication date: April 9, 2015Applicant: Retailigence CorporationInventors: Gene Choy, Simon S. Publication number: 20110277454Abstract: Described herein are various embodiments of an apparatus and system for trapping debris and arresting sparks that overcomes at least some shortcomings of the prior art approaches. According to one embodiment, an apparatus is disclosed for mitigating failure of an exhaust after-treatment component in an internal combustion engine system capable of generating an exhaust gas stream. The apparatus includes a housing that includes an exhaust inlet, exhaust outlet, and exhaust flow channel positioned between the exhaust inlet and outlet. Also, the apparatus includes a tubular-shaped mesh screen positioned substantially entirely within the exhaust flow channel. The mesh screen includes a closed end positioned proximate the exhaust inlet of the housing and an opposing open end positioned proximate the exhaust outlet of the housing. The mesh screen is configured to capture failed exhaust after-treatment component particles within the exhaust gas stream.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 11, 2010Publication date: November 17, 2011Applicant: CUMMINS FILTRATION IP, INCInventors: Peter Christianson, Keith J. Patent number: 7552979Abstract: A track system for a ground engaging vehicle such as a tractor is provided. Track systems shown include the ability to maintain existing gear ratios and vehicle speed when interchanging wheels with track systems as described above. Embodiments shown also exhibit improved support of the track system in relation to a vehicle axle that reduces stress problems associated with the axle or related components. Another feature includes pivoting the track system in a way that prevents the track system from rotating 360 degrees around the axle when large obstacles are encountered.Type: GrantFiled: May 17, 2007Date of Patent: June 30, 2009Assignee: Fargo Products, LLC.Inventor: Peter Christianson
