Abstract: Implementations described and claimed herein provide systems and methods for processing telecommunication orders taking advantage of the infrastructure and capabilities of a plurality of different providers. In one implementation, one or more databases store provider data received from a plurality of provider members. The provider data is aggregated based on at least one of a plurality of attributes associated with one or more telecommunication packages. The plurality of attributes include infrastructure information, location information, and pricing information. At least one server is in communication with the one or more databases. The at least one server is configured to generate a design for a customer order based on the aggregated provider data. The design uses at least one of the plurality of provider members to provide a customer telecommunication package at one or more customer sites. The customer telecommunication package is selected from the one or more telecommunication packages.
