It still further includes determining a contract corresponding to the premises and the customer account or business agreement. It also includes a search process that is completely flexible regarding search criteria and sequence. It finally includes dealing with the customer to resolve an issue related to the contract.

Abstract: One implementation provides a method for accessing a window previously viewed by a user in a graphical user interface (GUI) during an interaction with an individual. The method includes displaying to the user a first window in the GUI. The first window contains a collapsible/expandable menu. The menu contains an entry that refers to a window previously viewed by the user. Upon selection of the entry in the menu, the method further includes displaying to the user the corresponding window previously viewed by the user in the GUI. The corresponding window has a data-entry field that contains a latest version of information that is related to the interaction with the individual that was previously entered or modified by the user.

The method includes receiving an input indicating a user selection of a predefined database attribute that is defined to be an identifier type of attribute. The selected attribute is associated with a category of products for which data relating to products that are members of the product category are stored in the electronic database. The method also includes defining the selected attribute to be used during execution of a selected procedure of the application software program, wherein the selected procedure includes a product-identifying function.

Abstract: A system for generating a Web service includes a graphical user interface to guide a designer to create a Web service in pre-defined stages. The graphical user interface receives an input that selects an object and associated attributes from a repository of pre-defined business objects. The system includes a Web service generator that automatically generates code describing and implementing the Web service according to the selected object and attributes. The system also includes a Web service engine to perform runtime operations of the Web service.

Abstract: A winder for filamentary material includes a cutter/aspirator which severs a filament and sucks-in same under negative pressure. The filament travels through a stiff tube while the cutter/aspirator and tube are lowered toward a filament throw-on device as a filled package is being replaced. The stiff tube is connected to a saddle which is mounted on a driven endless belt. The belt travels across an open side of a vertical chamber. A waste duct communicates with the chamber to create a negative pressure therein which is communicated through the belt and to the tube. As the tube is lowered, it is maintained continuously in communication with said chamber to conduct the filament to waste.

Abstract: A doffing/donning apparatus is used in combination with a row of winders each of which winds filamentary material upon a tube carried by a rotary spindle of the winder to form a package. The apparatus comprises a carrier mounted for movement generally parallel to and above the row of winders. A column is mounted on the carrier for horizontal movement. A package exchange arm is mounted on the column for up-and-down movement and is alignable with the winder spindle so that the package can be transferred to the package exchange arm. A tube exchange arm is mounted on the column for up-and-down movement and is alignable with the spindle so that a tube on the tube exchange arm can be transferred to the spindle. A shuttle is spaced horizontally from and vertically above the row of winders, and includes a package transfer arm and a tube transfer arm. The package exchange and tube exchange arms are moved along the column to the level of the shuttle.
