The utility holder assembly may be mounted on the outside surface or the inside surface of the headwear to accommodate easy insertion of an article for temporary storage. The holder may include a gripping mechanism such as hook and loop fasteners, a ductile layer, or a ductile member, such that the holder may be configured to conform to the shape of the article to more securely retain the article within the holder. The utility holder may also hold an article securely when the headwear is removed.

Abstract: A storage rack for flat rectangular and/or round articles such as audio and video cassettes, compact disks, computer disks, computer tape cartridges and many types of digital or analog, and/or magnetic or optical storage media comprises a shelf unit having a rear vertical support and a plurality of spaced parallel shelves projecting outwardly from the rear vertical support, and a support mechanism for supporting the storage rack in an upright position with the rear vertical support inclined vertically. Each adjacent pair of shelves comprises stepped formations to slideably receive the rearmost portion of a plurality of articles of various shape and size, and to support the article in a generally upwardly inclined orientation. Articles of various shapes and sizes can be stored interchangeably at any available horizontal and vertical storage position within the multiple media storage rack.

Magnetic material or a second magnetic is carried on the member in attractive relationship to the first magnetic so that the member is magnetically suspended in the display area pulling taut against the filament. Articles to be displayed such as photos or the like are mounted for visual observation on the member.
