    Abstract: Disclosed techniques include evaluating Key Performance Indicator (KPI) event information from a production domain (16) to identify nonconformance of a service provided via the production domain with a Service Level Agreement (SLA) governing the service, and outputting actionable nonconformance information. Among the several advantages gained via the disclosed techniques is the use of even low-level KPIs over time to determine higher-level compliance or non-compliance with Service Level Objectives (SLOs) defined by the SLA and the ability to drive Business Support Systems (BSSs) or Service Assurance Systems (SASs) via nonconformance information determined from identified nonconformance with the SLA.
