  • Patent number: 11918302
Abstract: An interactive control unit is disclosed. The interactive control unit includes an interactive touchscreen display, an interface configured to couple the control unit to a surgical hub, a processor, and a memory coupled to the processor. The memory stores instructions executable by the processor to receive input commands from the interactive touchscreen display located inside a sterile field and transmit the input commands to the surgical hub to control devices coupled to the surgical hub located outside the sterile field.

  • Publication number: 20230233891
Abstract: An oil, water, and gas separator assembly connects a fire extinguishing assembly. When the extinguisher assembly is in operation, sensors indicate an indication to a processor system. If the indication, after processing by the processor system, indicates an unwanted fire condition, the processor actuates the movement of fire extinguishing agent or suppressant from a source of supply to and through a distribution network and into the various hollows delimited by the separator assembly and to the external environment.

  • Publication number: 20140065292
Abstract: Aqueous precursor solutions are described that comprise at least one monazite-based material precursor, at least one xenotime-based material precursor or a combination thereof; and a plurality of fine suspended particles of an oxide material. Contemplated oxide composites, as described herein, comprise a plurality of fibers surrounded by at least one monazite or xenotime-based material, wherein the oxide composite has nearly a fully dense matrix. Contemplated embodiments disclosed herein provides a method for producing an oxide composite with nearly fully dense matrix and with all fibers surrounded by a monazite- or xenotime-based material that prevents embrittlement at temperatures at least as high as 1200° C.

  • Patent number: 4174017
Abstract: A steering system includes a sensor device which is responsive to excessive steering effort to actuate a power assist for steering. A housing rotatably receives an input member and an output member which are rotatable relative to each other when the steering effort is excessive. The housing includes an inlet communicating with a source of pressurized air and an outlet opening to atmosphere. The input member and output cooperate to define a passage communicating the inlet with the outlet such that limited rotation between the input member and output member varies the communication of pressurized air through the passage. When the communication of pressurized air through the passage is varied, a relay valve in communication with the inlet is operable to actuate the power assist.
