  • Publication number: 20150020164
Abstract: In an example embodiment, on-premise systems have access to a cloud connector located on-premise. When the on-premise cloud connector is started, it may establish a secure connection to a notification service residing in the cloud. Applications running on the cloud have access to a connectivity agent. Cloud applications wishing to communicate with the on-premise systems send the communications through the connectivity agent. If a secure connection between the connectivity agent and the cloud connector does not exist, the connectivity agent sends a request to open a secure connection to the notification service. The notification service forwards the request to the cloud connector over its secure connection. The cloud connector may check the requested connection, and if authorized, open a secure connection to the connectivity agent. The connectivity agent then forwards the communication to the cloud connector, which then forwards it to the on-premise system.

  • Patent number: 7035097
Abstract: A docking module for conventional small form factor disk drives provides, in one embodiment, space for two such disk drives embedded in tray loaders, within a standard 3.5 inches halve height floppy bay. The docking module provides hot swappable insertion and removal of tray loaders together with disk drives. The bay is provided within a housing member. A button attached to a lever mechanism disconnects the docking module connector from the tray loader connector and partially pull out the loader when the button is pushed; An EMI shield fixedly coupled to the tray loaders each provide a barrier to electromagnetic interference.

  • Publication number: 20010042069
Abstract: A method and arrangement are provided for building an object file format image, in Common Object File Format, for use with a processor. A plurality of object files in Common Object File Format are received as input. An object file format image is created from the plurality of object files. The object file format image is then output.

  • Patent number: 4261499
Abstract: A planetary device for feeding electrode wiring in welding operations is provided with a housing through which the wire is fed, the central portion of the housing being shaped as a flange with a hub, and the front side thereof being provided with seats housing pistons bearing radially adjustable wire-feeding rollers. The piston heads are in constant contact with the shorter arms of bow-type double-armed levers hingedly affixed to the flange portion of the hub and located perpendicularly to the axis of the electrode wire fed through the housing. The longer arms of the levers contact the surfaces of a cam supported in the hub of the housing for rotation with respect thereto. A torque spring in the form of an Archimedes spiral, disposed between the flange of the housing and the cam, and having its respective inner and outer ends affixed to such members, constantly urges the cam with respect to the housing in such direction as to urge the rollers inwardly into engagement with the electrode wire.

  • Patent number: 4205771
Abstract: An electrode-wire feeding device in which the calibrated pushing force exerted on the electrode wire by a pair of rollers is automatically adjusted. This automatic adjustment is effected by a guide cone having an internally threaded bore which is connected to a drive motor. A housing having a hollow cylindrical externally threaded portion is adapted to be threadably engaged with the guide cone with which it is axially aligned. The housing has a pair of parallel bores the axes of which lie in a plane which is perpendicular to the feed direction of the electrode wire which is fed through the guide cone and the housing. A pair of pistons are movably mounted in the pair of bores and support a pair of rollers which are adapted to contact the electrode wire and impart a pushing and guiding force thereto. The pistons are connected to each other by a coil spring. A pair of double-armed levers are pivotally mounted on the housing.

  • Patent number: 4177912
Abstract: Apparatus for the planetary feeding of electrode wire having means for adjusting the pushing force exerted on the electrode wire by electromagnetic means. Opposed canted rolls are mounted for rotation about their axes upon a first housing part which is rotatable about the axis of an elongated electrode wire which passes between and is fed by the canted rolls. A second housing part, which is disposed coaxially of the first housing part, bears means such as a cam or a cone which interacts with roll adjusting means mounted on the first housing part so as to adjust the force with which the canted rolls engage the electrode wire in accordance with relative motion between the two housing parts. The second housing part is driven for rotation about its axis.
