  • Patent number: 10648220
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a construction profile for a window or door frame, the profile manufactured in a plastics material and comprising: —a main body extending in a longitudinal direction X; —one fixed and one removable clamping bracket, both clamping brackets protruding from said main body in direction Y perpendicular to the longitudinal direction X, and extending parallel to one another and at a distance of one another in the longitudinal direction X; —a pane receiving zone defined by, on the one hand, said clamping brackets and, on the other hand, a surface of said main body, the receiving zone configured to receive a side edge of a pane (the pane extending in the X-Y plane) to be clamped between said clamping brackets, —the fixed clamping bracket comprising a hollow body having at least two side walls, one facing the pane receiving zone and one facing away the pane receiving zone and defining an upper free end portion (configured to abut a pane received in the pane receiving zone) and a bas

  • Patent number: 10428573
Abstract: A construction profile is made of polymeric material and defines an inner cavity. The construction profile has an outer surface comprising unexposed side portions and exposed side portions. A stiffening profile is provided external of the construction profile and at an unexposed side portion thereof. The stiffening profile has a polymer material and a reenforcement material. The stiffening profile has a tensile (flexural) modulus in its length (L) direction of at least 5 Gpa according to EN2561 and the polymer material has a lambda value of maximum 2 W/mK.

  • Publication number: 20180283006
Abstract: A door or wall element includes a frame having four elongated profiles. Two side panels are provided at opposed sides of the frame and are attached to the frame. At least two of the profiles positioned at opposed sides of the frame are provided with a groove situated at the sides of the concerned profiles defining the outer circumferential surface of the frame. Each of the side panels are provided at opposed edges with an upstanding rim fitting into the concerned groove of the frame. The profiles are hollow profiles. The door or wall element includes at least one connection piece provided between two adjacent profiles of the frame, and the connection piece includes a guide surface allowing angular movements between the adjacent profiles during an assembly phase of the door or wall element.

The element includes a connection piece between two adjacent profiles of the frame wherein the profiles are mitred and the connection piece includes a body having a cross section matching the inner space of a first profile and inserted therein. The body has a mitred end surface from which at least one toothed part protrudes in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the body and fits in the inner space of an adjacent second profile.
