Abstract: Methods, software and devices for automatically verifying completion of mobile device service orders by service providers are disclosed. Service orders are transmitting to service provider, each service order requesting a change in subscribed services for one of a plurality of mobile device. Electronic records of requested changes in subscribed services are stored. Invoices are received from the service providers. Each invoice is parsed to determine invoiced services for a given mobile device. Invoiced services for the given mobile device are compared with the stored electronic records to verify completion of any stored service order for that mobile device.
