  • Patent number: 11911959
Abstract: A device (1) for the additive production of three-dimensional objects (2) by successive, layered, selective irradiation and accompanying successive, layered, selective solidification of construction material layers of a construction material (3) that can be solidified by means of an energy beam, comprising: a plurality of irradiation devices (6 and 7), which are designed to generate an energy beam, a control device (16), which is designed to generate control information controlling the operation of the irradiation devices (6 and 7) and to control the operation of the irradiation devices (6 and 7) on the basis of generated control information, wherein the control device (16) is designed to generate first control information in order to control the operation of a first irradiation device, on the basis of which the first irradiation device generates a first energy beam (4a) for the successive, layered, selective solidification of a construction material layer.

  • Patent number: 5467946
Abstract: The invention refers to a circuit for the busy indication of track sections (1, 2, 3, 4) electrically isolated from each other of a model railway system digitally controlled by a control center (Z). After a controlled digital receiver (E) of an engine determines its own address code with the help of a decoding device, it provides a busy signal via a signal generator (8) to the assigned busy indicator (BM3). To simplify the circuit considerably and to be able to do without the the RF-signal generators so far used in the engine and corresponding RF-receivers of the busy indicator, the signal generator of each engine (A, B) comprises a d.c. source providing a busy signal of a given polarity corresponding to the engine direction on the track as the busy signal to the busy indicator (BM3).

  • Patent number: 4130955
Abstract: A pressing iron contains a safety turn-off switch to prevent scorching if the iron is held stationary for too long.An acceleration sensor produces a signal in response to a predetermined acceleration of the iron and an actuating circuit turns off the iron if the iron is not sufficiently accelerated.

  • Patent number: 4122615
Abstract: A smoothing iron sole includes a sole body comprised at least partly of a glass material. A heating conductor is mounted on a glass-material surface of the sole body facing a sole surface and the sole further includes a thin fabric layer of heat-resistant fibers covering the glass-material surface for defining the sole surface. The heat-resistant fibers are sealed and closed off relative to the heating conductor arrangement by a heat-resistant connecting material which is firmly bonded to the glass-material surface. In one embodiment the heat-resistant fibers are glass fibers and in another they are boron carbide. The connecting material has a melting point which is lower than that of the heat-resistant fibers.

  • Patent number: 4121353
Abstract: A collapsible flexible hair drying hood includes a base air chamber communicating with a blower and flexible hoselike hood portions. The hoselike hood portions extend upwardly from the base air chamber when the hair drying hood is in use. The hose-like hood portions define nozzle orifices for blowing hot air from the blower onto hair and elongated slots therebetween for communicating the interior of the hood with the free environment.

  • Patent number: 4117612
Abstract: A pressing iron comprises basically a sole-body, housing halves, a clamping device and a circuit support plate. Inclined surfaces on the sole-body and the housing halves cooperate to hold all of the members together when the housing halves are clamped together by the clamping device. Additional features are disclosed for providing an improved pressing iron.

  • Patent number: 4089128
Abstract: A smoothing or pressing iron having a sole body consisting at least partially of a glass material wherein the sole body comprises a trough-like or hollow body-like cup or tray of a glass-impregnated woven fabric fleece of heat-proof fibers, and a support structure filling up the cup at the inner side and having a low specific heat and low thermal conductivity. The sole body side facing the goods being ironed is provided with a heating conductor arrangement covered by a thin electrically insulating sole layer. The support body may consist of a foamed synthetic material or a porous ceramic material having low density. The electrically insulating sole layer is a glass-impregnated fabric layer of heat-resistant fibers.
