Abstract: The invention relates to a resilient infill for positioning in a channel in a crossbar of a roof rack or load carrier. The infill comprises a flexible upper portion and a base comprising a bottom. A pair of flexible, opposing side walls extend from the bottom and curve upwardly and outwardly to meet with outer edges of the flexible upper portion. The width of the upper portion is greater than the width of the bottom and the infill has a substantially hollow interior. The infill is compressible and makes minimal wind noise when positioned in the crossbar of a roof rack located on a moving vehicle.

Abstract: The invention relates to a flush bar roof rack comprising a pair of legs, each of which includes a housing for holding and supporting a crossbar. The roof rack also includes a crossbar, held and supported at each end by the crossbar housing of each leg, and further includes an extension means for adjusting the length of the roof rack between the legs.

Abstract: The invention relates to a leg for a roof rack, the leg being adapted to be attachable to a plurality of different mounting systems by which to attach the leg to a vehicle. The invention also relates to different mounting systems for attaching to the leg for attaching the roof rack leg to a mount on the vehicle. In addition, the invention relates to a permanent pad mount for attaching to a vehicle and for use with the leg of the invention and, preferably, with one of the mounting systems of the invention to attach a roof rack to the vehicle.
