  • Patent number: 8117219
Abstract: A mechanism is described for the computer-aided generation of anonymized data records for developing and testing application programs that are intended for use in a productive network (12). A method according to the invention comprises the provision of at least one productive database (14) containing data records that contain productive data elements to be anonymized, provision of at least one non-productive database (22) containing data records that likewise contain data elements, the generation of an assignment between data records of the non-productive database (22) and data records of the productive database (14), and also the generation of an anonymized data record by replacing the data elements to be anonymized in a data record from the productive database (14) with the data elements of an assigned data record from the non-productive database (22).

  • Patent number: 7818750
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for controlling data-processing software modules (4, 5, 6, 7), wherein the data to be processed are organized in files, and wherein the processing is performed in a plurality of successive processing sections and the files in one processing section are processed by at least one software module (4, 5, 6, 7). To prevent the propagation and spreading of deviations occurring during the processing in the software modules (4, 5, 6, 7) in subsequent processing sections, information about the data processed are collected in the software modules (4, 5, 6, 7) of the processing sections and are signalized to a control system (8), said control system (8) comparing the information signalized and stopping the processing in a subsequent processing section if the comparison of the information revealed that a predetermined, admissible maximum deviation has been exceeded.

  • Patent number: 7409388
Abstract: A mechanism is described for the computer-aided generation of anonymized data records (44) for developing and testing application programs that are intended for use in a productive network. A method according to the invention comprises the provision of at least one productive database containing data records (40) that contain productive data elements to be anonymized, the provision of at least one non-productive database containing data records (42) that, in regard to the character string length of the data elements contained therein, at least partly correspond to the productive data records, the determination of a first data record (40) from the productive database and of a second data record (42) from the non-productive database and also the generation of anonymized data records (44) by replacing the data elements to be anonymized in the first data record (40) by data elements of the second data record (44).

  • Publication number: 20060174219
Abstract: The invention relates to a control system (8) for controlling data-processing software modules (4, 5, 6, 7), wherein the data to be processed are organized in files of data sets, and wherein the processing is performed in a plurality of successive processing sections and the files in one processing section are each processed by at least one software module (4, 5, 6, 7), characterized in that said control system (8) compares information that has been collected about the data processed and that has been signalized by the software modules (4, 5, 6, 7) of the various processing sections with one another or with plan values, and generates an acoustic and/or optical alarm message for an operating person if the exceeding of a predetermined admissible maximum deviation has been detected by said control system (8).

Abstract: A mechanism is described for the computer-aided generation of anonymized data records for the development and testing of application programs that are intended for use in a productive network (12). A method according to the invention comprises the provision of at least one productive database (14) containing data records to be anonymized that contain static and non-static data elements, the non-static data elements being generated and/or processed by application programs in the productive environment (12) and the static data elements being essentially invariable in the productive environment (12). The method comprises, in addition, reading a plurality of productive data records out of the productive database (14) and generating anonymized data records by replacing at least some of the static data elements of a first productive data record with the corresponding static data elements of a second productive or historicized productive data record.
