Abstract: A lamp assembly comprising a lens, a housing assembly including a base, and a resilient mounting member fixed on the base. The resilient mounting has a central portion spaced from said base and having a centrally located opening therein. The opening having at least a portion thereof extending away from the center. A socket base is provided which has a planar surface and a centrally located projection with at least one laterally extending portion spaced from said planar surface of the base such that said base is mounted on the resilient mounting member by inserting the projection through said opening and rotating the base relative to the shock mount to bring the laterally extending portion thereof beneath the central portion of the resilient mounting member.

Abstract: A lamp comprising a body having an axially extending inwardly facing surface and an annular radial surface extending radially inwardly with respect to the axially extending surface. An annular seal is mounted on the radial surface. A lens has a light transmitting wall and an annular wall extending axially with respect to the light transmitting wall into the body. The axial end of the annular wall of the lens has a groove therein into which the annular seal extends.

Abstract: A shock resistant lamp support comprising a plastic lamp receiving socket having interengaging means thereon for receiving and holding a bulb in position, integral flexible portion extending from said socket portion, and having a sufficiently thin cross section to provide relative resiliency with respect to the socket, and an integral base portion having a relatively rigid cross section connected to said flexible portion.

Abstract: A foldable emergency reflecting device comprising three members having reflective media thereon. Each member comprises two arms extending at an acute angle with respect to an apex. The ends of the arms are pivotally interconnected such that the members can be extended to form an emergency reflective triangle or folded to form a compact triangle for storage. A foldable base is provided.
