  • Patent number: 11357746
Abstract: The present invention relates to use of a composition comprising D-glyceric acid (DGA), DL-glyceric acid, L-glyceric acid, or hydroxypyruvatic acid and/or their salts or esters. Further, the invention relates to the use of said composition for enhancing direct and indirect mitochondrial metabolism, e.g. the ATP producing electron transport system (ETS), citric acid cycle or tricarboxylic acid cycle, (TCA), and beta oxidation, and also enhancing the shuttling of reducing equivalents from mitochondrial matrix into the cytosol and protein synthesis in the endoplasmic reticulum. Directly related to the above the use of DGA relates also to reducing the formation of reactive oxygen species (ROS). • Patent number: 11144040
Abstract: A computer program includes data defining tool paths for manufacturing a component. The component geometry is estimated based on the program. Deviation of a first type is estimated as deviation between the estimated geometry and geometry of the component as defined by a 3D model. Deviation of a second type is estimated, based on machining process characteristics indicated by sensor data captured during manufacturing of the component, as deviation between a tool path a machine is instructed via the program to provide and an actual tool path provided by the machine. Deviation of a third type is computed as deviation between geometry defined by the 3D model and measured geometry of the manufactured component. An error propagation model is updated based on the estimated and computed deviations for multiple components. The error propagation model approximates relations between deviations of the first and second type and deviations of the third type.

  • Patent number: 8700914
Abstract: A system and method for changing safety-relevant data for a control device is provided wherein an authorized user inputs new or altered safety-relevant data, which is received on a data processing installation. A first checksum for the safety-relevant data is established and stored along with the safety-relevant data in at least one data record on the data processing installation. An enable code may also be stored in the at least one data record. This enable code may be produced by a code generator and encrypted by a key module. The data processing installation then reads back the safety-relevant data from a memory in the data processing installation, thereby allowing a comparison of the received safety-relevant data and the read back safety-relevant data. A second checksum is generated in a case where the comparison resulted in no differences. The second checksum may also be stored in the at least one data record.
