Abstract: The present invention relates to a system for generating large-surface digital images. The system includes having a display device for representing images on a large-surface display surface based on control signals; an input device having at least one actuating element and an actuation sensor for detecting the actuation of the actuating element; a tracking unit for determining the position and orientation of the input device relative to the display surface; and a processing unit which computes in real time a change in the image on the display surface, based on the detected signals of the tracking unit and the actuation sensor, and which actuates the display device for representation of the computed change in the image.
