The central processing monitors the operation of the vehicle by the driver based on the sensor data and the database.

The invention systematically determines the attractiveness of the program/service, preferably a learning program, to one or more end users by determining one or more variables. Each of the variables defines one or more aspects of the learning program/service. An assessment value is associated with each of the variables. The assessment value is a combination of two or more importance assessments given by one or more of the users for each of the respective aspects. A provisioning value is also associated with each of the variables. The provisioning value is a combination of two or more availability assessments given by one or more stake holders for the respective aspect.

Abstract: A method and system that provide browser-based functions by injected into a web page a control button, form text field or similar browser-based function control such that both the browser controls and the content of the web page can be transformed for accessibility. A proxy machine retrieves a web page for a user, and then injects the user selected browser function controls into the web page itself. The injected browser controls are supported by web-based application services, preferably resident in an intermediary proxy machine, for producing web content that is representative of that function. The web page is transformed into a style that is accessible for that particular user, such as magnifying the page, reformatting background schemes, etc. The user can select which browser function buttons are injected into the web page, and as the web page is transformed for accessibility, the browser controls on the page are likewise transformed.

Abstract: An accessibility service tool providing accessibility services on demand for converting between content types and program product therefore. Media input, e.g., audio or audio/video is provided to a transformation and augmentation unit that determines from the media content what type of conversion is required and what service is being requested. An auction manager negotiates with service providers and selects one or more service provider for converting the input content into accessible content that is provided instead of or with the original content. Content conversion may be automatic or manual. Manual conversion may be used in background training for automatic conversion.

Abstract: A system and method for providing a printing capability using peripheral or stand-alone devices are disclosed. In the system and method, portions of a multimedia presentation, transcribed text, or both are output to a printing device. In the preferred embodiment, transcribed text is output to a fax machine by means of a Real Time Transcription Fax Server, which can also interleave other material into the fax output, and/or synchronize the fax output with other devices, such as monitors and speakers.
