The address generator circuit may generate address signals for read and write access operations at the storage circuit. The write access operation may store a two-dimensional array in the storage circuit and the read access operation may retrieve a transpose of the two-dimensional array from the storage circuit. The address generator circuit may include a status flag generation circuit that generates status flag signals, a modulo adder circuit that receives first and second signals and computes a modulo adder output signal, and an address processing circuit. The address processing circuit may receive the modulo adder output signal from the modulo adder circuit and the plurality of status flag signals from the status flag generation circuit and provide the first and second signals to the modulo adder circuit.

    Abstract: A method and system are provided in which average vehicle speeds of tolled and non-tolled road segments between two locations are monitored and saved for reference in providing dynamic adjustment of the toll amount to be charged for use of the tolled segment in order to insure an efficient use of the tolled segment and a determination of an appropriate toll amount to be charged drivers in the tolled segment in view of real time traffic conditions of the tolled and the non-tolled segment. The toll adjustments are determined based upon the difference between actual average speeds of the tolled segment and actual average speeds of the non-tolled segment such that the toll adjustments are dynamic and depend upon real time traffic conditions in both the tolled and non-tolled segments of the travel route.

The individual may create a profile within which the individual may have indicated the means to use for conveying the information. It is envisioned that the individual will carry a battery-operated RFID reader for reading information from the RFID tags and for conveying the information in accordance with the conveying means indicated in the profile.

    Abstract: A system, computer program product and method of preventing recordation of true keyboard acoustic emanations are provided. In an embodiment, it is determined whether a user has stricken a key on a keyboard. In response to the stricken key a keystroke sound from a mask which is dissimilar to a keystroke sound produced by the stricken key is emitted to drown out the keystroke sound of the stricken key. In another embodiment, when a plurality of keys is stricken, a random keystroke sound is emitted between keystroke sounds made by two stricken keys to blur out word boundaries.
