  • Publication number: 20220282327
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for identifying nucleic acid segments which interact with a target nucleic acid segment or segments as well as kits for performing the method. The invention also relates to a method of identifying one or more interacting nucleic acid segments that are indicative of a particular disease.

  • Publication number: 20220049275
Abstract: Mammalian cells are described that includes a recombination target site integrated within high integrating locus. Recombinant protein producer cell lines incorporating the mammalian cells and methods for forming the mammalian cells are also described. The high integrating loci have been developed through understanding and mapping of the three dimensional hierarchical structure of chromatin in mammalian cells. The high integrating loci are present in transcriptionally active environments that can provide both chromatin accessibility and epigenetic stability. As such, the recombinant mammalian cells can provide predictable and stable transgene production.

  • Publication number: 20160194713
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for identifying nucleic acid segments which interact with a target nucleic acid segment by use of an isolating nucleic acid molecule, and to kits for use in said method. The invention also relates to a method of identifying one or more interacting nucleic acid segments that are indicative of a particular disease state.

  • Publication number: 20050130161
Abstract: The invention provides a method for identifying elements associated with a target molecule comprising the steps of: (a) providing a probe capable of binding by specific molecular interaction to a predetermined specifically defined region of a target molecule, the probe associated with or capable of recruiting an enzyme; (b) adding a tag capable of being activated by the enzyme such that it can attach to elements in the vicinity of the enzyme; and (c) isolating elements having the tag attached thereto, wherein the defined region occurs once, twice, or in a low number of copies in the target molecule. Preferably the tag can attach only to elements in the vicinity of the enzyme.

  • Patent number: 4073019
Abstract: A lightweight comfortable waterbed assembly comprising a mattress, made of a pair of water impermeable sheets, sealed at their peripheries. An easily assembled supporting substructure of simple geometrically shaped and interlocked components, support the mattress in a non-uniformly thick configuration whereby the maximum thickness of the mattress occurs in areas in which maximum support is required.
