The various systems and methods may include a pre-funding pipeline showing the status of pre-conditions to funding a loan. A title commitment may be issued or received separately from a title policy, and responsive to a title commitment being issued or received, the prefunding pipeline may be automatically updated to reflect the title commitment, and loan funding may be permitted after receipt of a title commitment.
