Abstract: Described herein are methods and devices for monitoring oxygen delivery to a patient using an oxygen supply system. The method includes receiving air flow pressure data, the air flow pressure data indicating pressure measured in a flow channel of a delivery device configured to be connected to an oxygen supply device for delivering oxygen to the patient in a predetermined time period; processing the air flow pressure data to determine one or more oxygen delivery states associated with the air flow pressure data; and monitoring oxygen delivery to the patient based upon the one or more oxygen delivery states.

Abstract: An apparatus for manufacturing a bottle having a paperboard outer shell and an inner pouch, a side wall of the shell formed from a blank having a main body panel for forming a cylindrical main body portion and a plurality of neck panels for forming a cylindrical neck portion. The cylindrical main body portion has a first diameter, and the cylindrical neck portion has a smaller diameter. The apparatus comprises means for forming a limit feature on an inner surface of the side wall element at a distance from an end of the side wall element, and a base insertion assembly for positioning a base element of the shell with respect to the end of the side wall and inserting the base element into an opening defined by the end of the side wall until an edge region of the base element contacts the limit feature.

An apparatus for use in manufacturing a bottle comprises a former having a cavity for receiving the pouch, the former comprising a main body section, a neck section and a shoulder section; at least two neck press elements, each neck press element being moveable into a clamping position to clamp a part of one of said neck panels between the neck press element and the neck section of the former; and at least two shoulder press elements, each shoulder press element being moveable into a clamping position to clamp a part of one of neck panels between the shoulder press element and the shoulder section of the former.

The outer shell is made of a paperboard material and it comprises a side wall and a base element, the side wall including a main body portion, a neck portion, and a tapered or curved shoulder portion. The inner pouch is secured to a fitment, and is supported within the shell by the fitment engaged with the neck portion of the shell so that the pouch extends into the main body portion of the shell. The side wall is formed from a single blank that is formed from a flat sheet of paperboard and that includes a single main body panel and a plurality of neck panels extending from the main body panel.
