  • Patent number: 10431919
Abstract: A connector (1) for two electrical energy cables is indicated. The connector (1) has a plug (2) and a socket (3) which each is able to be tightly connected and suitable to produce a releasable electrical contact between the conductors. The socket (3) has hollow space (12) running in the longitudinal direction and the plug (2) a protruding bolt (11) in the longitudinal direction which is pluggable in the hollow space (12). The hollow space (12) and the bolt (11) have the identical truncated conical shape to each other, so that the bolt (11) is fixable in the hollow space (12) in the operative position. The connector (1) has further a pin (15, 18) so arranged that its axis is right angled to a connector axis (10) of the connector (1) and interacts with a circumferential recess (17, 18) around the diameter of the bolt (11).

  • Publication number: 20180026383
Abstract: An arrangement with a connector for at least one electrical cable is indicated, that is surrounded by a cover, having an electrical conductor, which has a plurality of individual wires. The connector has a pipe shaped clamping body composed of metal to receive the conductors of the cables, in the walls of which at least one position with two threads is provided, mounted with interacting throughholes, their axis V-formed extended at an angle, lying between 100° and 180 °. In the mounted position the clamping screws are attached tightly in the throughholes of the conductor, which act in the same area of the conductor. In the mounted position, the clamping screws screwed in the two throughholes are rounded on their points each with a radius lying between 0.15×D and 0.5×D, with the diameter D of the threaded part of the clamping screws.

  • Patent number: 8317443
Abstract: A shear screw has predetermined breaking points in two planes, separated axially from one another, and it has centrally a blind hole extending over a substantial length and having a cross section which is suitable for transmitting a torque to the shear screw by means of a pin-like tool of adapted dimensions which can be inserted into the blind hole. The blind hole extends to about level with the predetermined breaking point which is arranged in the lower region, facing the end face of the shear screw, of the latter and has a strength greater than that of the other predetermined breaking point.

  • Patent number: 8079884
Abstract: What is specified is a clamping screw (2) for fastening an electrical conductor in a metallic terminal which is designed as a tubular piece and which in its wall has at least one through hole provided with a thread and intended for receiving the clamping screw. A rotating element (10) which can rotate about at least one axis is mounted on that end of the clamping screw (2) which serves for bearing against the electrical conductor.
