    Abstract: In one embodiment, a container attachment system is provided. The system includes at least one strap coupled to a cross member at one end and terminating with an upper hook at the other end, the upper hook configured for hooking onto a vehicle; at least one anchor coupled to an opposite side of the cross member at one end and terminating with an lower hook at the other end, the lower hook configured for hooking onto the vehicle; wherein the cross member includes a retaining mechanism for attaching to a container. A method of fabrication is disclosed.
