An illuminated sporting equipment assembly may include a sporting equipment object such as a game ball and a light cap assembly configured to be secured to the game ball, where the light cap assembly includes a light cap assembly housing configured to secure an integrated circuit stack configured to generate light within the illumination cavity of the sporting equipment object.

Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for systems and methods to provide golf training. A golf training system includes a monolithic platform having a first recessed portion, a first swing insert, and a second swing insert. The swing inserts are configured for interchangeably engaging the first recessed portion, which may position a top surface of the swing inserts substantially flush with a top surface of the platform. A golf training apparatus of the golf training system includes a monolithic platform having a first recessed portion and a second recessed portion, the second recessed portion positioned substantially opposite from the first recessed portion. The apparatus includes a first swing insert and a second swing insert. The swing inserts include an anchor support by way of a midpoint portion and an end portion. The end portion includes an end width greater than a midpoint width of the midpoint portion.

Abstract: A training glove, and methods of using the same are provided. The training glove includes a glove portion, wherein the glove portion includes a first protective portion disposed to cover at least a portion of the posterior of a user's hand when worn by the user. The training glove further includes a blocker portion, wherein the blocker portion is secured to the glove portion and includes a second protective portion disposed to cover a portion of a user's anterior forearm when worn by the user.
