  • Patent number: 4299250
Abstract: A check and regulator valve, particularly for pipe lines carrying gaseous media, which includes an intake or inlet passage, a valve seat provided with open means for permitting a through flow of a medium, and a rubber-elastic setting member that closes off a compression or pressure chamber. The rubber-elastic setting member is sealingly connected by its edge with the valve seat and is adapted to be applied to the valve seat wholly or in part. The valve seat is constructed as a plate-shaped member and an elastically yielding disk member serves as a setting member. The disk member includes a through flow opening for the media at which is arranged an axially yielding tubular member connected to the input passage with the tubular member passing through the compression or pressure chamber.

  • Patent number: 4084617
Abstract: A cutoff device for pipelines has a unilaterally clamped flexible closure strip which can be unrolled onto a valve seat wall which is provided with through-flow openings. A roll is provided upon which the flexible closure strip is rolled and from which the strip is unrolled, the winding roll being so disposed as to be displaceable back and forth along the surface of the valve seat wall. The winding roll is tensioned so as to insure proper displacement of the flexible closure strip onto and off the roll and off and over the through-flow openings.

  • Patent number: 4033021
Abstract: Gas separation nozzles are produced by machining the nozzle parts, such as a holding body and separation elements by moving sectional material, for example, prefabricated sectional steel or aluminum alloy rods through a high precision sliding guide path past a shaving tool, whereby the workpiece is pressed against supporting and retaining surfaces of the guide path at least at three points and a shaving tool is applied to the moving workpiece in an area defined by said three points so that the tool is effective as close as possible to the pressure applying points or areas. At least two separation elements are supported in a dovetail groove of a holding body so that nozzle edges of the elements extend into a gas deflection groove in the holding body. Where four separation elements are held in a common dovetail groove of the holding body, two of the four elements are provided with a gas deflection groove extending along its respective nozzle edge.
