  • Publication number: 20170009609
Abstract: A transmission assembly for a mechanically controllable valve train. The transmission assembly includes a gas exchange valve, a coupling element, a slotted guide module comprising slotted guide tracks, mounting members, a camshaft, cam following roller elements, at least two transmission elements, and a valve stroke adjustment device. Each transmission element is directly or indirectly in an operative connection with one gas exchange valve via the coupling element. The transmission elements are mounted via the mounting members in the slotted guide tracks. Each transmission element is in an operative connection with the camshaft via the cam following roller elements. The valve stroke adjustment device sets different maximum strokes of a gas exchange valve. The mounting members and the cam following roller elements are mounted on a rotary axis. Each of the cam following roller elements has two mounting members assigned thereto to increase a rigidity of the rotary axis.

  • Publication number: 20120055156
Abstract: An exhaust gas recirculation system for an internal combustion engine includes an exhaust gas duct, a suction duct, and an exhaust gas recirculation duct which branches off from the exhaust gas duct and which flows into the suction duct. An exhaust gas mass flow sensor is arranged downstream of a flow stabilization element in the exhaust gas recirculation duct.

  • Patent number: 7784450
Abstract: An exhaust-gas recirculation device includes a distributor element (14) driven corresponding to the rotational speed of the camshaft (11) of an internal combustion engine (1), wherein, via the distributor element (14), a fluidic connection can be established from an exhaust-gas inlet channel (13) to respectively one exhaust-gas outlet channel (16) of a plurality of exhaust-gas outlet channels (16) corresponding in number to the cylinders. Advantageously, apart from the distributor element (14), use can be made of a control element (22) which is movable via an actuator (47) and by which clearing of the fluidic connection between the outlet opening (21) of the distributor element (14) and the exhaust-gas outlet channels (16) of the exhaust gas recirculation device (9) can be shifted in comparison to the phase angle of the camshaft (11).

  • Publication number: 20100003554
Abstract: An anode gas circuit of a fuel cell system. The anode gas circuit includes a return line leading from an anode gas outlet of a fuel cell stack to an anode gas inlet of the fuel cell stack, a recirculation blower disposed in the return line, a first valve disposed in the return line upstream of the recirculation blower, and a second valve disposed in the return line downstream of the recirculation blower. The first valve and the second valve are configured to close a cross section of the return line.
