  • Patent number: 7224287
Abstract: An input voltage contacted at the input of a contact can be through-connected to an output of the contact or switched off via a movable contactor. In order to determine the switching state of the contact, any drop in the contact voltage between the input and the output is detected. By the detected contact voltage, it can at least be determined whether the input voltage has been through-connected to the output or switched off.

  • Publication number: 20050007254
Abstract: An input voltage (UL) contacted at the input (2a) of a contact (2) can be through-connected to an output (2b) of the contact (2) or switched off via a movable contactor. In order to determine the switching state of the contact (2), any drop in the contact voltage between the input (2a) and the output (2b) is detected. By means of the detected contact voltage, it can at least be determined whether the input voltage (UL) has been through-connected to the output (2b) or switched off.

  • Publication number: 20030142452
Abstract: The invention relates to a protective circuit for a breaker gap (2), said gap being used to connect a load voltage (UL) to a load (1). The circuit is characterized in that a voltage detection circuit (3) is connected to a detection point (4) on the input side and a detection point on the output side of the breaker gap (2), via detection resistances (R1) said voltage detection circuit (3) being connected to the detection points (4) at high-resistance but in a permanently galvanized manner.

  • Patent number: 4943265
Abstract: A device for transmitting the position of a drivebelt pulley of a continually variable automatic transmission to a valve arrangement includes a lever assembly extending between the valve and a variable displacement abutment connected to a sensor foot contacting the pulley. The position of the sensor foot is displaceable on an axial guide rod according to the position of a threaded bushing. The position of the pedal is adjustable from outside the transmission housing by rotating a tool that turns a setting sleeve rotatably fixed to the guide rod. As the guide rod turns, the bushing, engaged with threads on the sensor foot, changes the position of the abutment contacted by the lever assembly.

  • Patent number: 4632230
Abstract: In a valve system for a hydraulically controlled starting friction clutch, a clutch pressure control valve that controls the clutch pressure during the starting phase of the clutch engagement as a function of the torque requirement of the operator, and a valve that overrides the clutch pressure control valve as a function of the output speed wherein a clutch pressure control valve 17 has a valve arrangement that acts as a slippage time limiter, the latter comprising a startup valve 13, an accumulator 14 and an on-off valve 15. After a specific time affected by the selection of the throttle orifices 28a and 28b and the piston rod diameter 27, higher clutch pressure pk (D, L, R) is fed to the clutch pressure control valve.

  • Patent number: 4618123
Abstract: A valve system for a hydraulically controlled starting friction clutch for motor vehicles, a clutch pressure control valve that controls the clutch pressure as a function of the torque demand of the driver, a valve arrangement that modulates a pressure dependent upon the engine speed and that delivers it to the clutch pressure control valve, a shuttle valve 11, a throttle orifice 12 and an accumulator 13 associated with the clutch pressure control valve 1. The shuttle valve 11 comprises a valve member 15 disposed in a valve bore 14 with three control lands 16, 17 and 18 and a spring 19 that acts upon one end of the valve member 15. A pressure signal Ppitot dependent upon the speed is applied by way of lines 21 and 22 between the first control land 16 and the second control land 17 and between the second control land 17 and the third control land 18 and is supplied by way of outlets 23 and 24 and a line 10 to the clutch pressure control valve 1. A pressure signal P.sub.
