  • Publication number: 20210023948
Abstract: A first display device with a first display face is arranged in such a way that the first display face can be at least partially seen from a passenger compartment of the motor vehicle. A second display device with a second display face is arranged in such a way that the second display face cannot be seen from the passenger compartment. The two display faces are arranged with respect to one another in such way that the second display face is reflected in the first display face, and as a result of this a virtual display plane which can be seen from the passenger compartment is generated behind the first display face.

  • Publication number: 20200256702
Abstract: The present general inventive concept relates to methods and systems to select and display information on an avionics display screen. The systems and methods allow for the selection and display of information using knobs to highlight and select the desired information for display, eliminating the need for a cursor function. The systems and methods also provide for multiple pages and/or multiple windows or “tiles” within these pages and/or windows simultaneously on a single screen of a display, with each window, page, and/or tile being fully controlled independently when selected. The present general inventive concept also relates to systems and methods to provide multiple cues on an electronic display system altitude tape to a pilot in advance and impending approach to a predefined altitude. The present general inventive concept also relates to systems and methods to employ variable resolution topographical data based on display range for an avionics navigation display.

  • Patent number: 10738416
Abstract: The automatic sorting of laundry items requires a knowledge of all sorting criteria. One strives to read these out from data storage media attached to the laundry items. The problem is when laundry items lack data storage media, or they are not readable because they have been damaged, for example. The invention calls for deriving sorting criteria which cannot be otherwise obtained from at least one imaging recording of an imaging device, such as a 3D-camera. Such sorting criteria, which cannot be derived from the picture or recording of the 3D-camera, are derived from supplemental information which can be obtained in different ways. Thus, it is also possible to sort laundry items without data storage medium or with damaged data storage media in a fully automatic or at least largely automatic manner.

  • Patent number: 10593799
Abstract: A semiconductor component includes a field-effect transistor arrangement having a drift zone and body region between the drift zone and a first surface of a semiconductor body. Trench structures of a first type extend from the first surface into the semiconductor body and have a maximum lateral dimension at the first surface which is less than a depth of first and second ones of the trench structures. A net doping concentration at a reference depth at a first location in the drift zone is at least 10% greater than at a second location in the drift zone at the reference depth, which is located between the body region and a bottom of the first trench structure. The first location is at the same first lateral distance from the first and second trench structures. The second location is at the same second lateral distance from the first and second trench structures.
