  • Patent number: 8011460
Abstract: A hybrid drive (1) for a vehicle has an internal combustion engine (2), an electric machine (26) and a double clutch transmission (5) with a hollow first input shaft (9) and a second input shaft (11) that penetrates the first input shaft (9). A hollow transmission shaft (15) is parallel to the input shafts (9, 11), and a drive torque can be applied to the first or second input shafts (9, 11) via the internal combustion engine (2) and/or the electric machine (26) via the double clutch (5) of the double clutch transmission (10). The electric machine (26) is outside the double clutch transmission (10), and an output shaft (25) of the electric machine (26) penetrates the hollow transmission shaft (15). As a result, a compact configuration is ensured.

  • Publication number: 20100307883
Abstract: A device for sealing a double clutch transmission of a motor vehicle, with a transmission housing, in which are arranged a clutch chamber with clutch oil and a double clutch, a transmission chamber with transmission oil and a double clutch transmission wheel set and two co-axial drive shafts disposed, one inside the other. One drive shaft is an interior central shaft which extends inside the transmission chamber from the end of the second hollow drive shaft. The two drive shafts each have a sealing element to seal the clutch chamber from the transmission chamber. A mounting component is situated inside and fixed to the transmission housing to support two adjacent sealing elements. A first sealing element forms a seal radially on the hollow drive shaft and a second sealing element forms a seal radially on the central drive shaft to provide a reliable seal and offer a simple ventilation and leakage detection.

  • Patent number: 6003399
Abstract: A cover and housing having a mounting arrangement, especially for a selector lever housing. According to the invention, the cover is fastened by means of two bearing points to provide a method of fastening a cover that can be mounted simply without adjustment and provides an exact fit for the cover. The first bearing point is made cylindrical and the axis of this cylinder runs parallel to a mounting direction or placement direction of the cover. The second bearing point is made wedge-shaped and the wedge axis lies in a plane that is perpendicular to the mounting direction or placement direction and is aligned so that it is not parallel to a tangent at the first cylindrical bearing point.

  • Patent number: 5803644
Abstract: A reinforced fastening point for a plastics-material casing. In order to provide a reinforcement for a fastening point which is simple to assemble and which is held automatically in the opening in the casing without further fasteners, a cylindrical opening is provided at the fastening point on the casing. The reinforcement part corresponding thereto is constructed as a frustum in that region which in the assembled state comes to rest in the region of the cylindrical opening. The smaller external diameter of this frustum is smaller than or equal to the internal diameter of the cylindrical opening. The larger external diameter of the frustum, on the other hand, has an excess dimension with respect to the internal diameter of the cylindrical opening. In this case, the excess dimension is selected to be such that it can be neutralized by resilient deformation of the reinforcement part.

  • Patent number: 4841974
Abstract: A measuring canal is provided which is connected to a catheter. The canal includes a measuring sensor and a reference sensor. The catheter includes several lumens that have a common opening to the liquid measuring medium. The flow direction of an infusion solution at the opening is reversible. A second lumen of the catheter is connected to the measuring canal which is provided with at least one measuring sensor and with at least one reference sensor as well as with a device for setting the outflow of the apparatus to a predetermined velocity. The flow of an infusion fluid and the liquid medium alternates in such a fashion that during a first time interval the measuring sensor is coupled to the liquid medium and the reference sensor is coupled to the infusion solution. In a second interval the situation is reversed so that the original measuring sensor is coupled to the infusion solution and the original reference sensor is connected to the liquid medium.
