    Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure include systems and methods for identifying, quantifying, and prioritizing repair, maintenance and system change opportunities within a telecommunications network. This disclosure describes doing so by obtaining churn, repair, and outage data and processing the obtained data using various models and algorithms to provide meaningful insights into the business impact of undertaking some action, which may include proactive maintenance, repair, and/or some form of system change (e.g., upgrade). In the cases of maintenance and repair, the system may further identify a particular issue and the resolution. The system may also provide information as to costs and return for various actions, which may assist the operator in taking actions that will provide optimal customer satisfaction.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a hinge comprising leaves and a knuckle, the knuckle comprising tabs extending from the leaves and supporting hinging pivot means and at least one of the tabs of one leaf supporting at least one of the tabs of another leaf and further including strengthening webs extending from the respective tabs to the respective leaf and located on one side only, with respect to the hinging pivot axis, of each respective tab.The present invention also provides a method of manufacturing a hinge comprising stamping a strip of metal to form a hinge leaf having projections extending from a side thereof, bending one part of each of said projections to form a tab lying generally perpendicular to the plane of the leaf and such that the remaining part of each of said projections lies on one side only of the respective tab and extends as a strengthening web between the tab and the leaf.
