Abstract: The invention relates to a support mat (1) for a trauma patient (16) with a seamlessly welded cover (22), the sides of which are provided with skirt-like overhangs (2 to 5). In this manner the support mat (1) and modality protection are combined in a single component. In the folded over state, the mat protects the patient visually on the one hand and against heat loss on the other hand. Furthermore the extremities are thus secured during transportation and also during CT examinations. In the folded open state, the mat protects the modalities from fluids.

Abstract: An x-ray receiver for an x-ray apparatus is disclosed. In at least one embodiment, the x-ray receiver includes a detector holding apparatus designed such that it can be connected to a detector for receiving x-rays. The x-ray receiver also includes an x-ray grid, connected to the detector holding apparatus, for reducing scattered x-rays, which is designed and arranged to attenuate scattered x-rays with at least one predetermined directional component parallel to a detector plane. In at least one embodiment, the x-ray receiver includes at least one sensor for detecting x-rays that is designed and arranged to detect x-rays striking the detector and, as a function of the detected x-rays, to generate an irradiation signal that represents an x-ray dose or x-ray intensity of the detected x-rays.

Abstract: A support tray for a kitchen appliance having a rectangular tray and guiding devices at each mutually opposite lateral edges of the tray, the sliding devices include having a running rail connected to the tray and a guiding rail for mounting the support tray to support rods of a supporting grids in the side wall areas of the kitchen appliance. The guide rail are configured to be coupled and secured, in a rearward end area, against a lifting-off from the supporting rods when coupled thereto and to be form-lockingly secured, in a forward end area, against a displacement in the longitudinal direction of the supporting rods.

Abstract: A system for medical emergency care and monitoring of a patient includes as its first component a patient holding apparatus with a fixed base and a table mounted on it, and the table protrudes past the base on the head end with a radio transparent first region and on the foot end with a radio transparent second region. There is also a CT scanner which is movable on the floor along a guide element in such a way that the second region of the table can be brought, by moving the CT scanner, into the patient opening of the CT scanner. For taking x-ray images in the first region of the table, there is an x-ray unit. Another component pertains to a guided patient board that is ridable on the table in the longitudinal direction.

Abstract: Adapter for attaching a patient positioning plate of a patient transport cart or gurney to a diagnosis and/or treatment table, in particular of a medical examination modality, has attachment elements for detachable attachment to the diagnosis and/or treatment table, and the shape of the top side of the adapter in the attachment region for the patient positioning plate is substantially adapted to the underside of the patient positioning plate.

The carrier frame consist of at least two cross members with tube-type front-side end areas and two approximately U-shaped carrying bows. At least one carrying bow is continuously adjustable relative to the cross member by a worm drive.

Abstract: A table top for a patient trolley or gurney is provided with a removable armrest. The armrest is mounted on the table top by having an insertion piece received in an insertion opening on the edge of the table top. In the preferred embodiment, the table top has a plurality of insertion openings in the form of slots spaced along the edge of the table and the armrest has two sets of insertion pieces, with each set having a pair of insertion pieces extending at right angles to each other, so that the armrest can be mounted extending vertically relative to the plane of the table top or parallel to the plane of the table top.

Abstract: A quick-fixing element for fastening guide rails on lattice-like lateral parts includes an upper holding section which reaches at least partially around a first rod of a lateral part, and a lower holding section which reaches at least partially around a second rod of the lateral part which extends essentially parallel to the first rod. A nose is provided between the upper and the lower holding section, which nose rests on the second lower rod or rods of the lateral part. The quick-fixing element is held securely on the lateral part and can also be used for different lattice types.

Abstract: An arrangement suitable for transcutaneous filling or replenishment of liquid medications in a medication reservoir of an implantable medical dosing device, the implantable device being of the type having a pierceable septum in fluid communication with the reservoir, has a cannula adapted at one end for piercing the septum from the exterior, and having a flexible conduit connected to an opposite end. The flexible conduit is terminated by a further pierceable septum. A syringe containing the medication can be inserted through the further septum for transferring the medication from the syringe through the flexible conduit and cannula to the medication reservoir.

Abstract: A filter arrangement is inserted in a medication track of an implantable dosage device between a medication reservoir and the medication dosage pump, characterized by the arrangement being fashioned of at least two-ply membrane filter, whose first membrane is composed of non-woven polypropylene fiber-fleece oriented opposite the flow direction of the medication and the second membrane being arranged downstream of the first membrane and being composed of a polypropylene fabric.
