The apparatus may also include a controller that may control delivery of a first signal to a first microwave energy emitter of the plurality of microwave energy emitters; receive an energy feedback signal corresponding to energy reflected back into the first microwave energy emitter; determine, based on the received energy feedback signal, a power level of a second signal to be delivered to a microwave energy emitter of the plurality of microwave energy emitters; and control delivery of the second signal at the determined power level to the microwave energy emitter.

The method includes obtaining spectral characteristics for the plurality of colorants, computing a gamut of colors available to the printing apparatus and determining a color mapping from an input color space to an output color space.

These may be used to generate a set of color mappings for a sampled color value, each color mapping being used for a different data value in the data. As such the data values may be detectable when the image is observed under the second set of conditions but not detectable when the image is observed under the first set of conditions.

To print with these colorants a spectral separation may be used that maps an input color with associated spectral information or direct spectral information to print control data, the print control data having defined values for depositions with each combination of the colorants. The spectral separation may be constructed by characterizing a set of spectral Neugebauer primaries for the plurality of colorants.

    Abstract: A method and system for use in an EKG system are provided for selecting from a number of different voltage threshold detectors that detector likely to yield the most reliable data to be utilized in determining whether the electrical activity of the heart is normal or abnormal. The method and system work by first specifying a particular window of time during which the outputs of the number of different voltage threshold detectors are to be observed. On the basis of the observation, different detectors are specified as either active or inactive. For those detectors specified as active, the times at which their thresholds were crossed during the specified window of time are recorded, and on the basis of these recorded times, the temporal regularity of threshold crossing for each detector is calculated.
