  • Patent number: 9149810
Abstract: A device (1) for comminuting or grinding including a container (2) for receiving the material to be ground and a tool (5) which rotates in the container (2) during processing, and a drive for said tool (5). The container (2) having the tool (5) can be detachably coupled to the drive, which is to say that the container (2) having the tool (5) does not have to be cleaned after a grinding operation but can be replaced by a new such container (2). For this purpose, the tool (5) located in the container (2) can be rotated loosely when in the position of being detached or uncoupled from the drive or before a corresponding coupling operation and, when in the working position, is rotationally fixedly connected to the drive and centered by the coupling.

  • Patent number: 8303162
Abstract: A mixing device (1) including a rotor (6) having pulverizing edges (7) and acting together with pulverizing edges (9) of a stator (8) is provided. The rotor (6) simultaneously executes a feeding effect in the axial direction using pump vanes, and the stator is externally closed in the radial direction. At least one rolling bearing is provided behind the rotor (6) in the feeding direction, the rolling elements (14) thereof inducing further pulverizing of the products processed in the mixing device (1). A further pump vane unit (15) behind the rolling bearing (12) in the feeding direction can preferably improve the flow of the medium, particularly through the rolling bearing (12), and transport the processed medium out of the device (1), preferably in the radial direction.

  • Publication number: 20060245298
Abstract: An agitating or dispersing apparatus (1) with a hermetically sealed mixing chamber (5), an agitating or dispersing tool (2) that can be driven in this mixing chamber (5) about a central axis and with a rod-shaped element (3) for transferring the power of a drive (4) onto this tool (2), and with the drive (4) located outside of the mixing chamber (5). The rod-shaped element (3) is connected at the entrance into the mixing chamber (5) to a membrane (6) that is part of a wall (7) of the mixing chamber (5), and the rod-shaped element (3) can be put in a wobbling motion by the drive (4) so that its end inside the mixing chamber (5) executes a circular motion. The end of the rod-shaped element (3) located in the mixing chamber (5) attacks the tool (2) eccentrically to its axis of rotation.

  • Publication number: 20050190642
Abstract: A dispersing tool (1) is provided having a hollow shaft (2), which has an open, laterally slotted region on its free end (4) that faces away from a drive that is at the bottom in the position of use, and with an inner shaft (3), which can rotate in this hollow shaft (2) and which has a dispersing tool (5) interacting with this hollow shaft in the region of the slotted end of the hollow shaft (2). Upon rotation, the inner shaft creates a pumping effect directed towards the free end (4). To counteract the pumping effect of a smooth inner shaft in a direction towards the drive and simultaneously to prevent eccentricities in the profile of the inner shaft (3) and to guarantee simple manufacturing, the inner shaft (3) has at least one section (6) with an increasing cross section and the cross section increases from the drive side toward the free end (4).
