The seat is temporarily removable from the vehicle for the purpose of seating a person in the seat while it is outside of the vehicle, before moving the seat back into the vehicle while the person remains seated in it. The wheels are retractable from a lowered position for rolling the seat, to a raised position for anchoring the seat.
