A robotic dispensing device is provided, the robotic device having an outlet configured to dispense medicament at discrete regions of the interior, the exterior or both the interior and the exterior of the oral appliance; and dispensing the medicament from the outlet of the robotic dispensing device to discrete regions of the interior, the exterior or both the interior and the exterior of the oral appliance for delivering the medicament to the oral cavity.
