Abstract: An improved cap for a paper dispenser with an adjustable tension control and a tension grip having several ribs and a spring housing for accommodating a tension spring within the housing, a first and second circular end rings on the two end tips of the tension grip, a tension rod attached to the first circular end, a spring base having a threaded shaft, a tension adjustment dial, having a ribbed outer surface, and a plurality of braking blades, extending in a longitudinal direction to the plane of the tension adjustment dial and coming into frictional contact with an inner surface of the tension grip or the second end ring, for controlling the rotational speed and dispensing of the toilet paper.

Abstract: An improved cap with a tension adjustment control for a number of different dispensers. It uses a rotor with a threaded portion on an inner bottom surface, and a spring base with multiple braking blades that come into frictional contact with a surface of a rotor upon rotation of the rotor and operation of the tension adjustment dial, where the contact of the braking blades reduces rotational speed and dispensing of the product.

Abstract: A wire system for use with picture frames and other items to be hung from or mounted to a vertical support. The wire system includes a base that includes a plurality of openings and rotatable levers that include respective internal passageways. Wire is installed through the various openings and the internal passageways of the levers in a manner where rotation of the levers causes the wire to be bent at various locations. With the wires appropriately bent, the wire is secured within the wire system. To adjust the wire, the levers are rotated to their respective open positions to unbend the wire thus allowing it to be freely movable within the wire system. Generally, the wire system is for use on the back of picture frames and other items to be hung from a wall, where the wire system enables a user to easily tighten or loosen the wire in a simple manner.

The wheel includes a set of teeth disposed around its perimeter and where one of those teeth is received within one of the base's locking grooves. A mounting knob fixed off-center to the front surface of the wheel is designed to receive the item to be mounted thereon. To mount a picture frame or other object, the assembly is mounted to the vertical support, the object to be mounted is mounted on the assembly's knob, the amount of correction to the mounted object's vertical and/or horizontal position is ascertained, the object is removed from the knob, the wheel of the assembly is moved accordingly and then locked in place, and the object is re-mounted on the knob.
