The mounting bracket is designed to connect to the front portion of the bumper, without requiring a connection adjacent the rear portion of the bumper. The mounting bracket may only partially circumscribe the bumper, which may facilitate mounting of the bracket onto the bumper because the space between the bumper and the vehicle may be very small.
