  • Publication number: 20250243275
Abstract: The present invention relates to multi-domain, single-chain binding molecules. The molecules comprise i) a peptide-major histocompatibility complex (pMHC) binding domain which binds to a SLLQHLIGL (SEQ ID NO: 1) HLA-A*02 complex, the pMHC domain comprising a first variable region linked to a constant region (VC1) and a second variable region linked to a constant region (VC2); ii) a T cell engaging immune effector domain comprising an antibody light chain variable region (TCE-VL) and an antibody heavy chain variable region (TCE-VH); and iii) a half-life extending domain comprising a first IgG Fc region (FC1) and a second IgG Fc region (FC2), wherein the FC1 region and FC2 region dimerise to form an Fc domain. The binding molecules can be used to treat diseases such as cancer.

  • Publication number: 20180114237
Abstract: A system and associated interfaces are provided that facilitate Internet surveying and survey information collection. In one aspect, a survey engine may transition between various phases of a survey function. For example, a first phase of the survey function may allow users to provide discussion topics. A second phase of the survey function may allow users to vote on provided discussion topics. A third phase of the survey function may allow users to comment on a discussion topic that was selected based on the voting in the second phase. A fourth phase of the survey function may compile received comments and display the compiled received comments to the users. The survey engine may be adapted to automatically transition between the phases of the survey function.

  • Publication number: 20090274695
Abstract: The invention concerns methods for inhibiting the binding of urokinase-type plasminogen activator (uPA) to its receptor uPAR and/or inhibiting uPA biological activity. The invention further concerns methods for inhibiting tumor formation or metastasis, angiogenesis, such as tumor angiogenesis, and screening assays for identifying CYTL1 agonists.

  • Publication number: 20070220653
Abstract: The disclosure is directed to an integrated glove including first and second substrate layers. The first substrate layer overlies the second substrate layer to define a volume therebetween configured to receive a wearer's hand. The integrated glove also includes first and second gas impermeable barrier layers respectively melt laminated to the first and second substrate layers. The first and second gas impermeable barrier layers extend beyond an outer contour of the first and second substrate layers and are melt laminated together to form a seam portion. The integrated glove has a breakthrough time greater than 60 minutes when exposed to NFPA 1991 industrial chemicals.
