  • Patent number: 9287052
Abstract: The present invention relates to the use of at least one tertiary amine-N-oxide of formula I as additive in dye-sensitized solar cells and to special electrolyte formulations and a dye-sensitized solar cell comprising at least one compound of formula I.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: May 24, 2013
Date of Patent: March 15, 2016
    Assignee: Merck Patent GmbH
Inventors: Hiroki Yoshizaki, Kentaro Kawata, Tomohisa Goto, Hiromi Shinohara, Peter Kirsch
  • Patent number: 8985308
Abstract: An apparatus for sorting piece goods may include a receiving surface which can rotate about a predefined rotation axis and is designed to receive the piece goods. The apparatus may include a first guide rail for guiding the piece goods, wherein this guide rail has a gap through which one region of the piece goods passes and by means of which another region of the piece goods is held. The apparatus may include a turning device which pivots the piece goods with respect to a longitudinal direction of the piece goods. The apparatus may include a separating device which separates out some of the sorted piece goods which are not guided in a predefined manner by the first guide rail or by the turning device. The turning device may be arranged upstream of the separating device in the movement direction of the piece goods.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: October 14, 2008
Date of Patent: March 24, 2015
    Assignee: Krones AG
Inventors: Christian Stoiber, Erik Blochmann, Andreas Brunner, Hans-Juergen Fleischmann, Peter Kirsch, Werner Roessler, Heinrich Deyerl, Florian Geltinger

  • Patent number: 6004428
Abstract: A process for dissolving a binder off a fiber web bonded therewith includes treating the fiber web, which is bonded with a polymeric binder having carboxylate groups crosslinked via alkaline earth metal cations, with an aqueous solution of an alkali metal salt to form a sparingly soluble salt or complex between the anion of the alkali metal salt and the alkaline earth metal cations, and then removing the fiber freed of the binder.
    Type: Grant

Date of Patent: December 21, 1999
    Assignee: BASF Aktiengesellschaft
Inventors: Karl-Heinz Schumacher, Rainer Hummerich, Howard Peter Kirsch
  • Patent number: 4642897
Abstract: A method for the marking of workpieces and a device for the execution of the method, uses a probe intended for multicoordinate measuring machines and having a chuck for tracer pins. A scriber is inserted in the probe which is connected to a voltage source so that a voltage prevails between the scriber tip and workpiece surface and a fine line is drawn due to the burn-off through voltage spark-over and current flow.
