  • Patent number: 9941858
Abstract: An electroacoustic component includes a substrate configured to carry acoustic waves. The electroacoustic component can be a guided bulk acoustic wave (GBAW) device, for example. A structured electric conductive layer is arranged on the substrate and an electrically dielectric layer (for example, aluminum oxide) is also arranged over the substrate.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: May 29, 2014
Date of Patent: April 10, 2018
    Assignee: SnapTrack, Inc.

  • Patent number: 8756796
Abstract: A method for producing an electric component including a dielectric layer on a substrate, includes the method steps of applying a metallic layer to the substrate and oxidizing the metallic layer to form a dielectric layer, wherein at least one partial region of the metallic layer is fully oxidized through the entire thickness of the layer.

  • Patent number: 8690149
Abstract: A receiving, holding and/or handling device for two-dimensional objects, with at least two controllable suction grippers. The suction grippers are arranged and connected to free ends of movable cantilever arms, which are elastically deformable at least in some sections. The cantilever arm are mounted and supported on a bridge. The cantilever arms each include at least one lower pull and one upper pull which meet at the free end of the cantilever arm and are connected there. An actuating device is assigned to the upper pull. The actuating device generates a pulling force with at least one horizontal direction component which is approximately parallel to the longitudinal extension direction of the cantilever arm. A method is also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 8376433
Abstract: An apparatus for grabbing and lifting a case having side walls each formed with a hole has a plurality of grabs each having a plurality of pivotal lift arms each having a lower end provided with a horizontally projecting finger engageable into one of the holes. The fingers of each grab are vertically offset from one another.

  • Publication number: 20110123308
Abstract: A device and a method are disclosed for loading and/or restacking a plurality of palleted containers. The device (2) comprises an apparatus (6) for partially raising the containers of an uppermost layer of palleted containers and for transferring said containers to a conveying table of a moving transport head (8). The apparatus (6) is made up of a driven conveyor roller (10) that is integrated into the transport head (8). In a preferred embodiment, the transport head (8) is designed as a shutter head (9). The method shows that the conveyor roller (10) of the transport head (8) holds at least one row of a layer of containers in the transport head. The transport head (8) is provided with an apparatus (6) that at least partially raises one row of containers of at least one uppermost layer of palleted containers.
