  • Publication number: 20220146347
Abstract: A torque sensor unit may include a ring magnet that is connectable to a first partial shaft and is concentric with a longitudinal axis. Two first magnetic flux conductors are connectable to a second partial shaft, are arranged in a ring magnet magnetic field, and conduct magnetic fluxes. A spatially fixed sensor unit may have two second magnetic flux conductors and a magnetic sensor on a printed circuit board, all of which are receivable in a housing. The sensor unit can detect a change in a rotation angle between the partial shafts by measuring magnetic flux density between the first magnetic flux conductors. A second housing surrounds the ring magnet, the first magnetic flux conductors, and the sensor unit. A magnetic shield surrounds the sensor unit at least partially circumferentially relative to the longitudinal axis and is arranged between a housing cover closing the second housing and the second housing.

  • Patent number: 10703583
Abstract: The invention relates to a stacking station for a thermoforming installation, to a method for producing cup-shaped products in a thermoforming installation and to a thermoforming installation equipped therewith. Ejecting products out of a film plane onto an additional conveyor belt using a pusher is known. The additional conveyor belt first brings the products to a tilting device. After actuation of the tilting device, the products lie on their side and are conveyed onward from there. The present invention provides first pre-stacking the products coming from the ejector, to then tilt them, preferably by way of their own weight, and to stack them only once they are lying.

  • Patent number: 10647353
Abstract: A device and a method may be used to determine a highly accurate absolute angle of rotation Xt of the rotational position of a rotatably supported steering shaft. Rotation of a rotor of an electric motor with a gearing with a gearing transmission factor K for power assistance may be coupled into rotation of the steering shaft. A rotational position of rotation of the rotor can be measured by means of a rotor position sensor and by using a number of revolutions of the rotor that have occurred. This value is used directly to determine the highly accurate absolute angle of rotation Xt of the steering shaft. Calibration methods involve determining initial values from which the counting of revolutions or the calculations occur.

  • Patent number: 10449998
Abstract: An apparatus for introducing an auxiliary torque and/or an additional steering angle into a steering shaft of an electromechanical power steering system may comprise a gearwheel that is attached fixedly on the steering shaft so as to rotate with the steering shaft and that is operatively connected to a drive element of a drive motor for driving the gearwheel. The apparatus may further include a sensor that is connected fixedly to the steering shaft so as to rotate with the steering shaft. So that the attachment of the sensor can take place with less complexity and use less installation space as far as possible, the sensor and the gearwheel may be connected to one another at contact faces.

  • Publication number: 20170328737
Abstract: A transducer assembly for a torque and/or angle sensor may comprise a pipe section-shaped magnet ring that is secured to a carrier sleeve via an intermediate element. The intermediate element and the magnet ring may be integrally bonded to one another via joining surfaces directed against one another. The intermediate element may be formed of a plastic at least in a region of its joining surface. To provide a transducer assembly that can be more easily produced and assembled with high reliability, the magnet ring may be formed as a plastic-bonded magnet from a plastic material filled with magnetic particles, which is integrally bonded to the plastic of the intermediate element.
