The dispenser is characterized in that all of the parts or regions of the dispenser touched by the liquid are made entirely of a pure thermoplastic material or are coated with a pure thermoplastic material in such a manner that no contact is made by the liquid with the substrate coated with plastic material or with components of the substrate.
