Abstract: A compression undergarment is provided that has a first compression portion configured to fit about a torso of a wearer, and a second fashionable portion connected to the compression portion and configured to appear as a neck area of a common fashionable, workplace or otherwise fashionable/stylish shirt. When worn with an over garment, only the fashionable portion is exposed, providing an appearance that a complete fashionable shirt is being worn under the over garment.
