Publication number: 20240151465Abstract: A continuous feed lyophilizer drying chamber that has an overall internal volume, a primary drying stage portion having a primary drying stage internal volume, a secondary drying stage portion having an internal volume, a frozen formulation feed inlet that provides frozen formulation droplets into the internal volume of the primary drying stage of the drying chamber and a dried particle outlet proximate an end of the continuous feed lyophilizer drying chamber configured to provide dried formulation droplet particles. The primary drying stage typically makes up from about 65-75% of the overall internal volume of the drying chamber and the secondary drying stage makes up from 25 to 35% of the overall internal volume of the drying chamber. The drying chamber dries frozen formulation droplets received into the primary drying stage internal volume via the frozen formulation feed inlet.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 15, 2024Publication date: May 9, 2024Inventors: Joel Peter Lennon-Meyer, Shawn Anthony Stimson

Patent number: 11843695Abstract: A method is disclosed. The method includes receiving, by a computer node in a network including a plurality of computer nodes, a plurality of data values from the plurality of computer nodes. Each computer node can create a data value based on a time that the computer node in the plurality of computer nodes takes to perform a function. The computer node can then provide the data values or derivatives thereof as random values to an entropy pool of random values. The computer node can then select a random value from the entropy pool and initiate use of the random value in an operation.Type: GrantFiled: November 9, 2018Date of Patent: December 12, 2023Assignee: Visa International Service AssociationInventors: Bartlomiej Piotr Prokop, Fiachra Murray, Thomas Looney, Peter Lennon

Publication number: 20220150692Abstract: A method is disclosed. The method includes forming a local data connection between a mobile communication device comprising a voice assistant module, and an access device in an interaction. The method also includes receiving, by the mobile communication device, a voice command with a request for the access device to automatically provide a resource to a user of the mobile communication device.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 1, 2019Publication date: May 12, 2022Inventors: Christopher O'Kane, Samuel Wallace, Peter Lennon, Kevin White

Patent number: 11216570Abstract: Techniques for reducing compromise of sensitive data in a virtual machine are described. During initiation of a secure string instance of a program module in memory allocated to the virtual machine, the program module can receive sensitive data in plaintext and retrieves parameters sourced from outside the allocated memory. During the execution of the program module, the sensitive data can be encrypted using a key based on the parameters to obtain encrypted data. The program module can overwrite the sensitive data with the encrypted data. The program module can receive a trigger to send a message that is generated using the sensitive data. The encrypted data can be decrypted using the key based on the parameters to obtain the sensitive data. After encryption and decryption, the program module can generate the message using the sensitive data and overwrite the sensitive data and the parameters used to encrypt the sensitive data.Type: GrantFiled: May 18, 2018Date of Patent: January 4, 2022Assignee: Visa International Service AssociationInventors: Bartlomiej Prokop, James Donaldson, Peter Lennon

Publication number: 20190082804Abstract: The invention is directed to an electronic toy bank. The electronic toy bank may be utilized by a child to learn how to manage funds corresponding to an external account and may also be associated with a payment device operated by a child. The child may utilize a transfer device to communicate information to the electronic toy bank, where the information can indicate an amount to be transferred from a first external account to a second external account associated with the child. Upon authorization of the transfer, the electronic toy bank may send instructions to a remote server computer to update information associated with the first external account and the second external account according to the amount. The electronic toy bank can update information displayed on its display screen to reflect a balance associated with an external account, allowing the child to easily see their current savings.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 18, 2018Publication date: March 21, 2019Inventors: Christopher O'Kane, William McGorman, Peter Lennon, Samuel Wallace
