  • Publication number: 20040162610
Abstract: A device for correcting mitral and tricuspid valve regurgitation. The device connects the leaflet bases of the posterior and anterior mitral leaflets to each other with a stabilizing element extended transversely across the valve annulus. The stabilizing element is by first and second ends secured into a first and a second position respectively at the valve annulus using sutures, anchors or clips.
