  • Publication number: 20240137863
Abstract: An asset tracking system that has a master notification unit, a reader relay unit in communication with the master notification unit, and a tag configured to be coupled to an asset. When the reader relay unit identifies a tag, the reader relay unit sends a signal to the master notification unit providing both a tag identifier and a reader relay unit identifier.

  • Publication number: 20230225036
Abstract: An illumination control system is configured for operative association with a vehicle lighting system of an emergency vehicle, such as a fire truck or other first responder type of vehicle. The illumination control system includes a video analysis module configured for receiving data from one or more cameras positioned on an exterior of the vehicle, and each camera has an associated region of interest (ROI) defined for a field-of-view for the camera. An artificial intelligence (AI) module is provided to detect whether a person or object of interest has entered the ROI of the camera. The control system includes an algorithm processing module programmed for executing logic associated with one or more decision-making tasks in association with the operation of the AI module. Also, a light control module can be provided for communicating instructions for activating or deactivating various scene lights of the vehicle lighting system.

  • Publication number: 20040139238
Abstract: A programmable electrical switching system. The system is comprised of at least one addressable I/O node, a visual display, at least one button, and a control unit. The control unit is electrically connected to the visual display and the buttons, and responds to actuation of the buttons by transmitting information to the visual display for presentation to the operator and/or transmitting addressed commands to the I/O node. The I/O node controls the voltage and/or current supplied to a load connected to the I/O node in accordance with the commands received from the control portion. Instructions stored in a program portion of the control portion may be changed to change the functions of the electrical switching system. Thus, the buttons may perform a plurality of predetermined, programmable functions in accordance with the instructions.

  • Patent number: 4525329
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a process for making phosphorus pentoxide by subjecting elemental yellow phosphorus to combustion with dried air inside a steel-made combustion chamber with utilization of the reaction heat for the production of energy. To this end, the disclosure provides for the combustion to be effected inside a combustion chamber of which the walls are arranged so as to form a cooling system with cavities therein; for a liquid or liquid/steam-mixture as a heat carrier abstracting the reaction heat to be circulated through the cooling system, the liquid or liquid/steam-mixture assuming an increased temperature being preferably so circulated under increased pressure; for steam formed in the cooling system to be continuously taken therefrom; for an equivalent proportion of fresh liquid to be introduced into the cooling system; for hot P.sub.2 O.sub.
