Abstract: The present disclosure provides botanicals and/or biotin or analogs thereof, that proliferate or reduce stem cell populations and activate or attenuate Wat/?-Catenin signaling and thus treat or prevent diseases related to signal transduction. In particular, the disclosure provides Botanicals and Biotin or analogs thereof, that proliferate or reduce stem cell populations and activate or attenuate Wnt/?-Catenin signaling in tissues expressing Wnt1OB including, adipose, adrenal, artery, blood, bone marrow, brain, breast, cervix, colon, esophagus, heart, intestine, kidney, liver, lung, muscle, ovary, pituitary, prostate, skin, spleen, testis, thyroid, uterus and vagina. The present compositions and methods are particularly suited to growing and melanizing hair.

Abstract: An apparatus to assist with placing a climbing device and safety tether into a tree or other tall upwardly extending object and then securing the climbing device and safety tether to that object, by use of a gripping ring dimensioned to substantially encircle the object and having gripping members disposed along its inner surface to engage with the object, where the gripping ring has a climbing device attachment component to attach the climbing device, such as a ladder or a rope, to the gripping ring, a safety tether attachment component to attach the safety tether to the gripping ring, and a positioning device attachment component to allow a positioning device, such as a pole, to be used to properly position the gripping ring.

Abstract: A device for dispensing liquid scent includes a reservoir for containing liquid scent and a reducer tee disposed in an opening in the reservoir. The reducer tee has first, second and third orifices in fluid communication with one another, and the first orifice is located in the reservoir opening so as to be in direct fluid communication with the interior of the reservoir. The device also includes a pump having an inlet and an outlet. A first tube connects the interior of the reservoir to the pump inlet, and a second tube connects the pump outlet to the second orifice. Operation of the pump can be controlled, by a timer for example, so that a predetermined amount of liquid scent is dispensed through the third orifice at a predetermined time. An additional amount of liquid scent is returned to the reservoir via the first orifice.

Abstract: A safety cover for a dual outlet receptacle including a planar peripheral base edge, a central face panel offset laterally from the base edge and integrally jointed thereto by peripheral side panels. The face panel is inclined to define a tapered chamber of approximately maximum depth over one outlet and minimal depth over the second outlet. An elongate aperture is defined through the face panel at a position generally corresponding to the maximum depth of the chamber and is configured to allow passage of the plug in one rotated position thereof and to preclude retraction of the plug upon rotational alignment of the plug for engagement with the corresponding outlet. The second aperture through the face panel is of a size, and so aligned with the second outlet, as to allow for direct engagement of a plug therethrough and into the outlet.
