  • Patent number: 11952788
Abstract: The invention relates to a boom arm for mobile concrete pumps and to a mobile concrete pump. The boom arm, having a first and second end, wherein at least one elbowed section, in which the main bending loads which occur during proper use act as torsional loads, is provided between the first and the second end of the boom arm, is made from a fiber composite material, wherein beyond the elbowed region the height of the boom arm in cross-section is greater than the width of the boom arm in cross-section and in the elbowed region the width of the boom arm in cross-section is greater than or equal to the height of the boom arm in cross-section. A concrete pump with a placing boom, arranged on a substructure, comprising at least two boom arms, at least one of which is designed according to the invention.

  • Patent number: 11536042
Abstract: A boom system for a concrete-delivery device includes a plurality of booms which are pivotably interconnected. At least one of the booms has a recess along its length, the recess configured to at least partially receive an adjacent boom when the boom system. is in a retracted position. Side walls of the boom are extended to define the recess in the form of a channel. The recess may have a depth greater than or equal to a height of the adjacent boom so that the adjacent boom is received within the recess when the boom system is in the retracted position. Alternatively, the recess may have a depth less than a height of the adjacent boom so that the adjacent boom is only partially received in the recess when the boom system is in the retracted position.

  • Publication number: 20220250276
Abstract: An extruder apparatus for the extrusion of a strand of building material for 3D printing of a structural part includes an extruder nozzle and at least one cover element. The extruder nozzle has a discharge opening for the discharge of the strand of building material out of the extruder apparatus. The at least one cover element is designed to cover at least a part of the discharge opening such that an opening cross section of at least one uncovered part of the discharge opening specifies a strand cross section of the discharged strand of building material.

  • Publication number: 20220193946
Abstract: A printing method forms a continuous strand of building material for 3D printing of a structural part via a printing system. The printing system has a printing apparatus that dispenses building material out of the printing apparatus and shapes building material to form a strand of building material, and a discontinuous building material pump that discontinuously conveys building material for discontinuously dispensing conveyed building material out of the printing apparatus. The printing method includes the steps of: a) discontinuously conveying building material via the discontinuous building material pump and discontinuously dispensing conveyed building material out of the printing apparatus and shaping conveyed building material via the printing apparatus, and b) discontinuously moving the printing apparatus during the discontinuous conveying and the discontinuous dispensing such that the dispensed and shaped building material forms a continuous strand of building material.

  • Publication number: 20220184846
Abstract: A method produces a part of a building. The part of a building has at least one first region and one second region, which adjoins the first region. In the first region, an installation structure is concealed by building material. The method includes the following steps: a) dispensing building material to produce the first region and providing the building material with a marking substance before, at the same time as, and/or after the dispensing operation, and b) dispensing building material to produce the second region.

  • Publication number: 20220144221
Abstract: The invention relates to a concrete pump, comprising: —a frame; —a supporting leg, the supporting leg having a supporting foot, the supporting foot being extensible relative to the supporting leg; and—a drive for driving a movement of the supporting leg relative to the frame. A camera image of a hazard zone around the supporting leg is produced by a monitoring sensor. The drive is controlled by means of a remote control. The data information is transferred to the remote control via an interface. The invention also relates to a method for supporting a concrete pump. On the basis of the received data information, it can be determined, by means of the remote control, whether the movement of the supporting leg causes a hazard.
